Reviews
We are a new company, so there is no wall of testimonials here yet, and we are not going to write our own. Here is what we will do instead.
What you can hold us to
Nothing invented
There is no testimonial on this site that a customer did not write, and no star rating that is not backed by real reviews. That is not modesty. Inventing them breaks FTC rules and Google policy, and customers can usually tell anyway.
Published as written
When reviews start coming in, they go up here in the customer's own words. We do not edit them, and we do not quietly leave out the ones that sting.
Never bought
We will not offer a discount, a gift card or anything else in exchange for a review, and we will not ask anyone to take one down.
Checked before we are hired
Until there is a review history, judge us on what is on record: a registered Washington contractor, licensed, bonded and insured, all of it verifiable with the state for free.
If we have worked for you
An honest review, good or bad, helps the next person decide, and it tells us what to fix. It is the single most useful thing a customer can do for a young company, and it costs nothing.
Our Google review link will be added here as soon as the business profile is verified. Until then, the fastest route is the phone.
