Past a certain height a wall needs an engineered design and a permit. We tell you when you have crossed that line.

Large block is heavy. How it gets from the truck to the wall line is part of the plan from the first site visit.
The machine
Sized for residential access
This work is done with our Kubota U55-5 compact excavator: 6 ft 5 in wide on rubber tracks, 11 ft 11 in dig depth and 19 ft 7 in of reach. It fits most driveways and side yards a bigger machine can’t, and it’s easier on the ground getting there.

How tall a wall can you build?
Height is where engineering comes into it. Past a certain point a wall needs a design and a permit, and we’ll tell you when you have crossed that line rather than build past it.
Why does drainage matter so much on a wall?
Because water behind a wall is what pushes it over. The drain rock, the fabric and the drain line aren’t extras. They’re the reason the wall is still standing in ten years.
