What this site is for
This site describes the excavation and site work we do and lets you ask us for an estimate. Nothing on it is an offer to perform work at a stated price.
Estimates and quotes
Asking for an estimate does not create a contract. We look at the site, then give you a scope and a price in writing. Work starts only once you accept that in writing. Prices quoted before we have seen the ground are rough numbers and can change once we know what is actually down there.
Text messages and calls
If you give us your number we may call or text you about your project. Message frequency varies by job. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages and HELP for help. Agreeing to receive messages is not a condition of hiring us. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your details.
Your responsibilities
When you ask us to quote or perform work you confirm that you own the property or have permission from the owner, and that what you tell us about the site, access, and buried services is accurate as far as you know. We call for utility locates before we dig, but we rely on what you tell us about anything private on the property such as septic lines, irrigation, or power runs to outbuildings.
Content on this site
The text, layout, and marks on this site belong to Backcountry Excavation LLC. Please do not copy them for your own business. Photography on this site is illustrative of the type of work described and is being replaced with our own project photographs as jobs are completed.
Accuracy
We keep this site as accurate as we can, but we do not promise it is free of errors or always current. Service areas, equipment, and availability change.
Limits
This site is provided as it is. To the extent Washington law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site itself. Nothing here limits our responsibility for the work we actually perform for you, which is governed by your written agreement with us and by Washington contractor law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any dispute belongs in the state courts of Chelan County, Washington.
Changes
If we change these terms we will update this page and change the review date at the top.
